Hi guys! Hope you guys are all warm and well with Christmas just around the corner!~
I know I am!...With it being Summer here...Over 30 degrees...Anyway! A piece for Christmas! Here's to a good one!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
: Biography :
The Serpent of the Snow~ A rare breed of carnivorous dragon close to extinction. Admired for its beautiful, silver-like fur..And feared for its wild, murderous intent.
It kills its prey by blitzing at full speed using its powerful legs, ramming down its prey with two large horns; causing torn limbs or severe injury: the prey is crippled nonetheless.

It moves similarly to that of a snake when standing, keeping balance of its two horns. It appears as a jet moving directly parallel to the ground while dashing.
The hairs on its horns strongly reflect light causing a trail of light to be left in its sprints, and it's skeleton is also said to be that of crystal white.

Folks who've heard of the beast, know it as the GLACIELEER; Serpent of the Snow.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
This piece is abit more rushed than my previous two pieces I could say, but I'm trying to work faster, and yeah.
Let's see how that goes. :D Check out my previous dragon designs here!

Completed in Photoshop CS4. Have a Merry Christmas Everyone!~ Stay safe!

Hehe, it's ok! I'm really honored you asked that!

Well, just as long as you study and know everything about what you're drawing, you should be fine!
Using photoshop is pretty much like painting, but you can pretty much make as many mistakes as you
want~ Not that you should, but it comes with the benefit of the use of technology :)

Also Photoshop offers a range of special effects that if used correctly, can just really pop your
image right out! Knowing your colors and values help too~ You have to know just about everything
about the picture you're looking at or want to create~ Color, shape, form, it's all needed to make
a great artwork. Very last and most importantly, it requires a lot of passion and hard work :)
Hope I answered your questions accurately ^^;

Thanks so much for the wonderful comment, and hope you have a great christmas and a happy new year too!

SRSLY? BRO, you just won the internet :iconfreeinternetplz: You also get to rage at me for using a really old meme!
And yeah, after drawing things a few times, you get used to the style, huh? I have, like, 25 characters, all of which I know the names, personalities and appearances of (I can draw the majority of them in under a minute each XD)
:iconhurrahplz: Speedy improvements! :la:

...that...is...fast...
i don't understand how people can draw that fast ==" (my friend draws about as fast as you!)
i take like...ages per stroke, like a cheek or a chin, 10-15 seconds each...each line...must...perfection...!!! :stinkeye:
might sound abit exaggerated, but its about right -,-"

IKR? That's with a year and a half's practice with the majority of them, though :iconawwyeahplz: I even write fast :iconwhutplz: I finished writing assessments in school with about three times as many words as the others and still beat them and got better grades... I will have to meet this friend you speak of... :iconthinkerplz:

Same here when drawing digitally XD My friend was watching me draw a title page of a comic we're storyboarding and every time I tried to do the main line for the head, I kept redoing. When I draw, my tablet is on my knee and my hands are ready on CTRL-Z XD I pretty much sit there and say 'no' every time I get even the slightest thing out of proportion. Hand drawing is a whole other story, though XD

you sure love your emocons....they are~ pretty awesome, haha :iconawwyeahplz:
You draw on your lap!? That's...Omg, I've seen people draw themselves using the tablet
on their lap but never realised it... :iconwhutplz: My hand is pretty much always on the
keyboard too though. I've memorised all the tools i need to use in photoshop by keyboard
shortcuts :P haha.

My friends account is here [link]
She only recently made an account so yeah. Her comics so far are only on her facebook though :(

Yes, yes I do~ :icontardplz:

Yeah, where do you draw? That sounds kind of weird when I say it in my head and it's no different aloud...
I normally only use the keyboard control on undo, but sometimes I do things like (because I use SAI now) set controls for air brush and water and pen so I can switch quickly.

Oh, thank you! I will await her work now! I don't have a FB and I never will, so that's a bit of a downside for me XD But it doesn't matter, I guess. I'll just wait till she puts them on her dA.

LOL...:icontardplz:
i draw on the table...which i thought was normal...i guess its probably because i like to leave
my legs open while i draw, LOL. not, weird, at, all...

I'll tell her to put em on dA then! An awaiting fan she has! ;D
It's a good thing you don't have a FB...Time sucking motherbeep...haha.

Have a Merry Christmas btw! Hope you drown in lots of prezzies! :happybounce:

This is such an interesting pose! To be honest, it took a moment to figure out which way the beast was facing (other than that, I love the design), but I really like all the movement that you included in the pose. The shading and background are really pretty, too. :D

heheh, yeah, before i started coloring it, it was a simple silhouette which i asked my friends
and fam what they thought it was! all of their descriptions were so whack! LOL, i then showed
them my final then they were like ohh...looked nothing like what they imagined, haha.
so yeah you're not the only one who got abit confused on the pose of the creature! :D
And thanks for lovely comment! :) I really appreciate it!
